Work Study OpportunitiesWork Study Opportunities

Learn the ins and outs of working in a nationally recognized contemporary art gallery while working alongside professional curators, visiting artists and gallery staff.

Eligible students are invited to stop by The Galleries office for more information about availability Monday–Friday 10 am–5 pm.

Curatorial InternshipsCuratorial Internships

A limited number of curatorial internships are available per year with opportunities to work on exhibition research, planning and organization.

Students majoring in art history and curatorial studies should send inquiries to galleries@moore.edu.

Become a Gallery GuideBecome a Gallery Guide

If you enjoy talking with people and sharing your passion for contemporary art and design, share your time and talent by signing up to be a Gallery Guide. Gallery Guides receive background information on exhibitions and are trained by gallery staff to provide visitors with points of access to the works on view through engaging conversation and educated perspectives.

Student Installers

Internships and Independent Study

Student Installers work alongside curators and artists to realize the exhibitions while gaining experience working with professional art handlers who teach basic carpentry and construction skills essential to those who hope to present their work professionally.
