Programs offered by The Galleries at Moore create a dynamic place for learning new ways of seeing and thinking about contemporary art and supporting lifelong learning for visitors of all ages. All programs are free and open to the public.

Community Outreach and Public Programs at The Galleries at Moore are supported by The Institute of Museum and Library Services, an independent federal grant-making agency dedicated to creating and sustaining a nation of learners by helping libraries and museums serve their communities. Presented by The Galleries at Moore and Moore's BFA in Curatorial Studies major. Through a series of paired conversations with an international roster of distinguished panelists including artists, curators, educators, scholars and arts administrators, these Curatorial Conversations discuss the creative nexus between curating and a variety of other societal mandates such as education and activism.

The Galleries outreach initiative fostering creative collaborations between community organizations and Moore students.

Teachers & Students (K–12) Teachers & Students (K–12)

The Galleries offer public and private school tours for K–12 students and online curriculum resources for teachers. Gallery tours and activities, both in the gallery and in-classroom, are designed to develop strong visual literacy and encourage self-expression at every level of learning.

Activities and educational materials for adults and children, individuals and families. Explore, understand and create while learning about contemporary art.
